Dr. Peng was graduated from UMass, Amherst and got her doctor's degree in Food Science in 2019. Now she is working as an assistant professor at MUST Faculty of Medicine. Her research is focusing on the prevention of metabolic disorders with the assistance of functional foods, as well as the environmental risks for the development of chronic diseases. Dr. Peng teaches several courses regarding to food science, biochemistry, and molecular biochemistry.
