鍾恬,博士,現任澳門科技大學醫學院副教授。他在吉林大學獲得食品科學學士學位和農業工程博士學位,並在上海交通大學化工學院完成博士後工作。入職澳科大之前,他曾就職于吉林大學珠海學院,擔任食品科學系教授、系主任,並曾赴佛羅里達大學食品與農業科學研究院完成訪問學者工作。 鍾恬博士的研究涉及生物材料與納米技術在食品和藥學領域的應用及天然提取物的功能活性與協同作用等領域。他已在Trends Food Sci Technol, Carbohydr Polym, J Agric Food Chem等SCI期刊上發表了60餘篇論文,並主持了多項課題。鍾恬博士同時兼任廣東省食品教指委,珠海市食品安全專家,Scientific Reports雜志編委等職務。 課題組歡迎具有食品科学、生物材料、药物制剂等相关背景的同学加盟,攻读硕士或博士学位。
