鍾恬博士現任澳門科技大學醫學院副教授。他先後在吉林大學獲得食品科學與工程學士學位及農業工程博士學位,並在上海交通大學化學化工學院完成博士後研究工作。他曾任吉林大學珠海學院食品科學系教授及系主任,並在此期間赴美國佛羅里達大學完成訪問學者項目。鍾恬博士的研究方向主要集中在生物材料與納米技術在食品安全和藥物遞送中的應用。目前已以第一或通訊作者身份在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等SCI期刊上發表論文40餘篇。同時,主持了包括國家自然科學基金與澳門科技發展基金聯合資助專案(NSFC-FDCT)在內的多個課題。鍾恬博士還兼任廣東省食品科學類專業教指委委員、“灣區標準”評審專家、“澳門監製”標誌評審專家、Scientific Reports編委等職務。課題組歡迎具有食品科學、生物材料、藥物製劑等相關背景的同學加盟,並攻讀碩士或博士學位。
