钟恬博士现任澳门科技大学医学院副教授。他先后在吉林大学获得食品科学与工程学士学位及农业工程博士学位,并在上海交通大学化学化工学院完成博士后研究工作。他曾任吉林大学珠海学院食品科学系教授及系主任,并在此期间赴美国佛罗里达大学完成访问学者项目。钟恬博士的研究方向主要集中在生物材料与纳米技术在食品安全和药物递送中的应用。目前已以第一或通讯作者身份在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等SCI期刊上发表论文40余篇。同时,主持了包括国家自然科学基金与澳门科技发展基金联合资助项目(NSFC-FDCT)在内的多个课题。钟恬博士还兼任广东省食品科学类专业教指委委员、“湾区标准”评审专家、“澳门监制”标志评审专家、Scientific Reports编委等职务。课题组欢迎具有食品科学、生物材料、药物制剂等相关背景的同学加盟,并攻读硕士或博士学位。
