钟恬博士现任澳门科技大学医学院食品与营养科学课程副教授。他先后在吉林大学获得食品科学与工程学士学位以及农业工程博士学位,并在上海交通大学完成博士后研究。他曾担任吉林大学珠海学院食品科学系教授及系主任,在此期间赴美国佛罗里达大学完成为期一年的访问学者项目。钟恬博士的研究方向主要聚焦于生物材料与纳米技术在食品安全和药物递送领域的应用。目前,他已在Trends in Food Science & Technology、Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Food Hydrocolloids等国际期刊上发表100余篇SCI论文,主持了包括国家自然科学基金与澳门科技发展基金联合资助项目(NSFC-FDCT)在内的多项课题。同时,钟恬博士还兼任广东省食品科学类专业教指委委员、“湾区标准”评审专家、“澳门监制”标志评审专家、Scientific Reports期刊编委等职务。课题组欢迎具有食品科学、生物材料、药物制剂等相关背景的同学加盟攻读硕士或博士学位。
