钟恬,博士,现任澳门科技大学医学院副教授。他在吉林大学获得食品科学学士学位和农业工程博士学位,并在上海交通大学化工学院完成博士后工作。入职澳科大之前,他曾就职于吉林大学珠海学院,担任食品科学系教授、系主任,并曾赴佛罗里达大学食品与农业科学研究院完成访问学者工作。 钟恬博士的研究涉及生物材料与纳米技术在食品和药学领域的应用及天然提取物的功能活性与协同作用等领域。他已在Trends Food Sci Technol, Carbohydr Polym, J Agric Food Chem等SCI期刊上发表了60余篇论文,并主持了多项课题。钟恬博士同时兼任广东省食品教指委,珠海市食品安全专家,Scientific Reports杂志编委等职务。 课题组欢迎具有食品科学、生物材料、药物制剂等相关背景的同学加盟,攻读硕士或博士学位。
