Dr Lok completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Cambridge, and subsequently undertook specialty training in respiratory medicine and general internal medicine in the UK. He also obtained his PhD at the University of Cambridge, working in research projects in human and murine immunology including imaging of immune cell dynamics. Following a period of postdoctoral research at Osaka University, Dr Lok returned to Macau and joined the Faculty of Medicine in 2024.
