目前,黄博士专注于寻找用于治疗癌症、神经退行性疾病、免疫调节,并具有潜在临床应用价值的天然化合物,同时探究其作用的分子机理。同时,他亦探索医学人工智能的临床应用,包括建立人类全周期生物钟模型,以加深对昼夜节律对疾病与治疗影响的理解,并研发用于临床决策支持的AI工具。透过结合天然产物研究与计算及AI方法,加速从分子水平到临床落地的转化。其近期成果发表于Nat. Med., Trends Mol. Med., J. Transl. Med., Chin. Med. J., Pharmacol. Res., Biomark. Res., Food Chem.:X and Int. J. Biol. Macromol.等期刊上。此外,他被任命为澳门特区政府委任为生命科学道德委员会成员,亦曾任人才发展委员会「大健康」产业专责小组成员。
