林德明教授是一位合格的流行病学家和生物统计学家,被任命为美国流行病学学院院士和澳洲统计学会的注册统计学家。他是儿童和青少年健康领域,特别是精神健康和其他相关领域, 许多政府竞争性资助项目的首席研究员。他也担任许多医疗和健康研究领域的大型临床试验的研究顾问。他拥有医疗科学和心理学背景,热衷于透过实证策略以及流行病学和统计学方面的技能来促进整个生命周期的身心健康。他的工作被史丹佛大学研究小组评为 2020 年、2021 年和 2022 年被引用最多的 10 万名科学家之一(前 2%)。 作为临床和社区环境中的活跃研究人员以及高等教育的组成部分教育者,林教授热衷并致力于采用数码科学技术在研究和教学中、以及转化为临床实践。
