I graduated from Peking University of Health Science Center and the Chinese Univesity of Hong Kong. I have worked in the different national institutes/universities, such as Institute of Nutrition and Food Health, China CDC; National Center for Toxicological Research, USFDA; School of Public Health, Peking University; Center for Food Safety, FEHD of HK for more than 40 years. Currently, I am working in Faculty of Medicine, Macau Uniersity of Science and Technology. My research focus on Nutrition and Food Safety.
