Dr. Ke Feng graduated from Dalian University of Technology. The main research direction includes: 1. Rapid detection of foodborne pathogens. Developing three methods for detection of foodborne pathogen based on multiplex PCR, TaqMan multiplex Real-Time PCR, in situ synthetic gene chip technology; 2. Preservation technology of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables. Developing some preservation technology that can delay tissue softening, inhibit enzymatic browning, reduce microbial growth on fresh-cut fruits and vegetables. 3. Development of messenger RNA Drug. Developing mRNA drug to promote the rapid healing of skin wound based on mRNA technology. He presided 4 scientific research projects, including 1 municipal project and 3 university-level projects. He participated in national "12th Five-Year" science and technology support plan project, the national "13th Five-Year" key research and development plan project and national natural science foundation project. He published 71 papers, including 29 SCI papers, 6 national authorized invention patents, 1 utility model patent, 25 national invention patents.
