Workshop Poster for Plant-Based Meat Products Experience
Centered on the core theme of "Experience + Interaction + Science", this workshop aims to promote knowledge about the health benefits and industrial development of plant-based meat product among teachers, students and the general public. The event used different methods to engage with the public's unfamiliarity with this emerging food category and transformed the concept of healthy eating into vivid, hands-on experiences.

The students actively participated in the activities.
A variety of flavored samples were provided on-site, allowing participants to experience, through sight, smell and taste, how well plant-based proteins replicate the texture and flavor of animal meat products. After the tasting session, volunteers invited teachers and students to fill out questionnaires, which provided data support for product improvement and market promotion.

Prizes for the event
A dedicated explanation session was also held on-site, systematically introducing the health benefits and scientific principles of plant-based foods. Meanwhile, by guiding teachers and students to participate in a scientific sensory evaluation process, participants learned about professional tasting methods through hands-on practice.

The implementation of the event not only enhanced teachers' and students' understanding of the nutritional value and environmental benefits of plant-based meat, but also reduced their doubts about this emerging food category and increased acceptance through personal experience.
